Everybody needs karma

Basically you guys get Karma and Money.
Karma is gained and lost when you do either good or bad things. Everyone starts out with 0 karma. Unless you are Russia.
When you do something bad or good, its up to you to keep track of your karma. and I will look over threads to make sure it is kept up with!
I will post here in updates, of who has what karma.
( Money might be introduced later... When I figure out how to keep track and work it D: )
