THAT IS CORRECT!
In cities/towns/random places I will make topics with NPCs that have some tasks you can do! It gives people something to rp, much like Fallout.
The Dry Rose city is low on water, so, your quest for there can be help bring water to the city! It requires help from other players in the world however, and i will keep an eye on the quests and make it so you can complete them~

There will be one main quest that people will claim to do in the thread itself. You may team up with others. Once that is done, you cannot do it again, regardless of character. But there will be another quest related to it that someone else can do, everyone will and can get a chance to do requests like these~

So as time passes more quests will pop up that you can do!
